Vancouver, B.C., February 5, 2014 – Azincourt Uranium Inc. (TSXV: AAZ) (the “Company” or “Azincourt”) announces it has entered into an Investor Relations Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Matri Capital Corp. (“Matri”), dated February 4, 2014. Headed by Mr. Mario Vetro and based in Vancouver, BC, Matri Capital Corp. will assist the Company in strategic marketing and communications.
Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, Matri has agreed to provide investor relation services to the Company for a period of six months with the option to extend the Agreement for an additional six months by mutual consent of the Company and Matri. Matri will receive consideration in the payment of C$2,500 per month and will be granted of up to 100,000 stock options to purchase up to 100,000 common shares of the Company at a price of C$0.26, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company’s stock option plan.
The Agreement and the grant of stock options to Mr. Vetro are subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
